i purchased the car from a salvage auction, it had a small engine fire that burnt some of the wiring harness and some of the plastic on the top of the engine, it also burnt the fuel lines where they connect to the motor. I need the tail lights, the rear bumper and the rear impact absorber for the 2002 maxima i purchased from the auction also (fixing the 02 model 6 speed) the engine/trans in this car are probably good, normally car's dont catch on fire when they arent running, am i right? im going to atleast get the starter working so i can crank the motor over, the hood has fire damage on it, it melted some of the paint, but everything else seems good, rear fender wells are rusted out, rocker panel seems rusted out, doors are fine but i noticed a few small dent/dings on one or two, cloth seats, tan interior, fenders are good, headlights do not work, fog lights do, but im going to possibly keep them unless i get a good offer, they are HID fog lights from what i can tell. Some parts might take me some time to remove, we just got over a foot of snow here and parts are harder to remove when your hands are freezing.

let me know what is needed and how much your willing to pay (including shipping) for those parts, worst i can do is say it isnt worth my time/energy to remove.

i will sell the engine/trans also, not sure how hard they are to remove, but im willing to remove them and even pallet/ship them if i have to (make sure its worth my time)

i purchased the car JUST to fix the rear end on the 02 model 6 speed car i purchased, so im very motivated to make my investment back.

im assuming that the burnt items are the rear coil packs, let me look over my PM's and email and see who emailed me first about the throttlebody with TPS and ill give a price (including shipping), it doesnt look too hard to remove.

 

ok, i think i got all PM's responded to, ive got the upper intake off the motor now, its clean inside the lower intake manifold, and oil is very clean, motor has 151,000 on it if anyones interested in the engine or transmission, interior seems to be a light grey instead of tan, my 02 model's is tan leather, i wish it was dark grey, but i cant have it all.

so far everyone ive got messages from has got a reply. i actually got all the window switches working now, the passenger front door switch just needed to have the contacts cleaned up. pictures of the doors were sent to the person who asked for them, i have the throttlebody removed and ready to ship (with all sensors attached) but no response from the person who wanted it. Anyone who wants anything from this car, please ask.

everyone who's already paid for parts, they will be shipping out tomorrow (except the package i already shipped out monday) my wife will be shipping them around 5:00 PM, ill try to have everyones tracking information later that evening (eastern time)

if anyone else who requested parts wants them shipped out this week, you need to let me know what item you want, and hope that i can get it removed from the car tonight, otherwise it wont be till next monday before stuff gets shipped out.
already have the dash center vent removed, the speedo gauges (titanium faced), center console assembly, and the shift surround (with hazard switch and ash tray) for anyone looking for those items.

car is going on the lift tomorrow to remove the pre-cat's for a buyer, if anyone wants anything from this car speak up, still has the doors, fenders, bumper, and engine/trans, will sell anything from the car, even suspension parts, please let me know before the car is hauled off, once my maxima is repaired and on the road im not keeping the parts car around (not allowed to for more than a month or so)
