Are you lowered? Definitely need some lower-age on the 3rd gen with aftermarket wheels. Kind of looks silly otherwise IMO with all the massive fender gap.

And is your car white or the cream color?

They're not black... more of a Hyper-silver

Yes, I'm dropping her w/Ksports 2" drop; yes, she's Butter cream. (pearl white)

May even paint 'em when I put the body kit on her; everything same color as car.

If I drop 2 inches; could I run on 215/50/17' on 17"wheels, without rubbing?

i dont know if that would work, i was lowered 2.5"/2.0" and on stock rims with 205/65/15's the front tires went into the fender

right before the car blew up i got a set of Rays TE-37 and put 235/45/17's on them. never got to run them because i couldnt get the right wheel spacers for the rear, but even with a test fit on the fronts it was a pretty tight fit

I guess only a NYer could relate

But for real; looks like straight butta 2 me:

After doing the injector change; runs smooth as it to!

Hence the name "BuTTa"

Not even I would expect either of one those to work. Guess I'll go with 215/45/17's & play it safe. Cheers!

Picked up wheels today; the colour is better than it appeared; more of an dark gunmetal metallic gray, that picks up the pearl coat almost perfect. cant wait to get'em mounted, but I guess I'll have to need tires.

40mm bore? Way too small for any Maxima. They won't fit if they really have 40mm bores.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow, if not they may have be bored. I thought I already did the research on these and we could use 35-40mm, no?

Nissan hub bore is 66.1, make sure you are not confusing the Hub bore for the Offset. Im not sure of the exact offset for a 3rd gen but anywere from +50 to +25 with most reasonably width wheels will fit. The lower the offset the better it will look.

Thanks for clearing that up

Offset should be from 35-40mm, from the searching I've been doing.

I will do a test fit & post pics when I get tires. But I'll be dropping her, struts /shocks, drilled & slotted rotors/cemetric pads before Install them, that way I can align at one time.

Yeah, you're right they are 66.1mm, that was an old post whereas I was trying to get some Borbet wheels to fit a couple of years ago. Well of course they didn't work so I went with these ones. As It turns out I like the Drag wheels better.
