and I bought an '00 SE 5speed in need of TLC for cheap -- i'm swapping everything over from my '01.

Here's my question -- they keyfob is a different FCC ID -- Soo... like a GENIUS, i grabbed my wife's extra keyfob (also an '00 GLE), programmed it to work, and it did... but now like a MORON, one fob works both our cars... can I get the code out w/o finding 3 other fobs? All my searching comes back to programming a new fob, which I was successful with.

If you start the programming process and at the point where you press the keyfob button, open the door to terminate the process. This will have erased the existing keyfobs.
