? for those who cleared tails

Did anyone have trouble putting the len part and the wire (other black part) together mine didnt seem to fit well. I put my screws in but dont know if there even attached to the other piece. Do you think water will get in cause its not flush against the car ? Any add. info would be good thanks

wait......u mean the lenses dont close fully?? or the whole assembly just doesnt go in right anymore??? - i dont really think u gotta worry about water if its not flush......but if the lenses dont fit right.......then they are gonna get foggy. Try a little bit of silicone caulk.

to answer your question.. my secret is to heat the lens housing back up and melt the glue before putting the light back together.. that way it fits flush

Also it depends on how you did cut the acrylic and whether or not you left the red corner piece in place. I stupidly left the red corner piece in and tried to cover it with acrylic. Doesn't fit! I cracked one lens by accident! That was my own bonehead fault!

That was the only obstruction I had when I was trying to push it back. If it doesn't go, don't force it, you'll crack the lens.....anyone know where I can get new lenses?
