I recently seen a thread regarding what u need to do to convert an 02-03(5.5) front conversion to an 00-01 Max.. I didn't know that i needed the headlight wiring harness for the 02-03(5.5). I have everything else but the wiring harness. Can somebody tell me where i can purchase this item or if u know of anyone that has the wiring harness for sale. Need this ASAP. Money in hand. Thank you for the help.

Can i get the headlight wiring harness from a junk yard? Does the harness for the headlights unplug from the main harness or do i need to cut it in a specific place?

How much of the harness do you need, obviously it will have to be cut. I can get you this but how much are you looking to spend?

 

^^^^Honestly bro i don't have any clue of how much of the wiring harness i need. i'm fairly new when it comes to doing this conversion. Don't know how much i'm willing to spend but all i know i need this part. The only thing i can say is to get as much of the wiring harness as possible when ur cutting. Can somebody chime in please!!!

This is what i found on internet::: 1 set of HID headlights for '02 maxima. Each light comes with wiring harness in case your lights were stolen right out of the front of your car like my original set!! so these are not factory originals.



Can somebody tell me if the two plugs on the bottom of this picture could be the wiring harness that i'm looking for to do the conversion??? Somebody is selling these headlights & maybe i can get the wiring harness from this person.. HELP HELP!

 

I could easily get those wires. I'm here in FL so shipping would be around $5 and with Priority you will get them on the second day.

 

if you search here you can find the part number. It is sold as a kit from the dealership. They sell it as some sort of vandalism kit because these lights where popular to steal a while back.

I am also doing 5.5th>5th conversion, and I could use some help with the harnesses here..

All I have with me is the headlight:

So, I am going to need some plugs w/wiring for the sockets circled in orange.
Now, I know the high beam socket is 9005 type harness and I found a pair on eBay. But I don't know what the main plug (HID/parking) and the turn signal plugs are called.. Help PLZ!!!

Dr2 hid low beam. 194 parking. Not sure on turn its got the same base as the rear turn same bulb anyways that's for a factory 5.5 gen.
