Up for grabs is my Vortech V2 supercharger kit. I started parting the car out with the intentions of finding a clean rust free 4th gen to swap my OOVI and blower onto but have given that up completely.. I have decided to get another 5.5 and do not feel like swapping timing components etc. The kit will come with the following..

Vortech V2 blower no leaks or noises

V1 plate

3'' Charge piping with MAF

New T clamps and couplers from Xtreme psi

3.125 pulley 11psi

tensioner and belt

OBX FMU with 8:1 rise rate

Walbro 255LPH fuel pump

TurboXS RFL BOV

Pancake filter

The kit is still on the car and is currently not being driven and won't be. Just gets started and idled twice a week to keep everything moving and lubed up.
The kit made 328 horsepower and 305tq on a Mustang Dyno with exhaust leaks everywhere and heat soaked. Hasn't shredded a belt yet.

is 2500 the lowest you can go on the price? any problems with the kit? anything need to be replaced or be upgraded?

 

Price is obo and the only thing i would replace is the belt for piece of mind but other than that everything works flawlessly.

Just expanding my options thats all. If you don't like it you don't have to look. More people come into 4th and 5th classifieds than F/I anyway. Now beat it noob

 

lol at beat it noob :P. this is a pretty good price, all you need is a tuner. i've never seen that red thing on the 00vi before. i see that you got vacuum lines hooked up to it but why?

 

The red thing is a fuel management unit or FMU and price is obo and i have an Apexi neo i can throw in to make it 100 percent complete. Tuner will be extra though.

 

true, thanks for the reply... ya an afc is what i meant by tuner. if i wasn't in my last semester with no REAL job i'd buy this except with a 6 or 7psi pulley (~270whp) cause 300whp+ is too much for me! glws though, i just advertised this in someones boosted thread http://forums.maxima.org/4th-generat...ml#post8692393

 

Thanks and the Neo i mentioned above is an afc tuner. This is the kit you want if you want to go the supercharged route.

It is... all s/c plates mount to the 3.0...

Would these fit a 96 max? How would the maf connect to a 96 max? It looks like the maf connecter is in a different location than the 4th gen max? Any input?

 

If youre questioning whether the maf fits or not this is prolly not something you should buy....

 

I can buy if i want, i got over 2500 saved up. Just ask a question, dont need a dumb answer. So lets keep it simple. I wasnt asking if the maf fit or not. I was asking if the connecter could reach the 4th gen max. The 5th gen maf connecter is in a different location it looks like.
