Another turbo 4.5gen

Made this for myself but it ended up on someone else's car, SMDH

started off with this pile of parts

chopped and flipped some 350z ebay headers, had to enlarge all the flanges holes as they did not line up

starting on the downpipe, it will run under the oil pan and exit the stock location so there is no ground clearance issues

sleeved flexpipe so not worries about it collapsing

Don't know if to stare at the turbo or the twisted headers.

Interested to see how the intercooler piping is going to be routed. Will this setup retain factory radiators

wow, this is a badass setup. looking good man! I haven't really accomplished much w/ my setup, probably leaving my turbo piping the way it is but doing my intercooler setup the way we/you showed me since i liked it a lot. Where do you get your same side intercoolers from?

t4 .96 exhaust ar journal bearing, the crossover pipes are 2.5inches

.58 is too small for the projected rpms and hp, it would cause pre-turbo backpressure and possible burn exhaust valves

My 3rd gen can hear bov real loud by reving in neutral. Doesn't actually build boost. I'm using tial 50mm knockoff.

And that's way I put the dollar 4ft away from the bov for the nonbelievers

There are guys hitting 10-15psi by revving or 2 stepping so 5psi isn't unlikely
