WTB Y-pipe and Misc interior

I just recently picked up a 1997 Nissan Maxima SE with the 5 speed. I bought the car with a weak clutch so I am currently in the process of removing the tranny to swap the clutch and resurface the flywheel. I am in need of a few parts to make the car whole however. Below are a list of parts I need!

-Aftermarket Y-pipe Figure I have to remove this to get to shift linkages so want to see about a replacement and would love to find a good condition used one for a lot less then buying a new Warpspeed if possible! My car has stock exhaust and will probably have to find someone willing to ship NEED ASAP

-A set of decent lowering springs. NEED ASAP

-I need the trim piece around the 5 speed manual shifter that also holds the 12 volt lighter port, I believe mine is black but is broken. FOUND AND PURCHASED

-I need the fuse cover that is left of the steering wheel on the knee kick panel mine is Tan FOUND AND PURCHASED

-I need a working clock assembly as my clock is dead FOUND AND PURCHASED

Is the black surround for the automatic the same as the manual? If so, I've got one listed right now.

I am hoping a more experiance member can chime in on this but to me they look different the auto looks more of a rectangle shape while the manaul is more of a square...???

Not the same. You need a manual for the shift boot to have something to attach to.

Thanks for the confirmation!

Bump hoping someone has this hard to find manual shifter trim bezel as mine is broken bad! Still looking for a good deal on a used Y-pipe as well, I have a line on the clock and fuse cover.

If you have a short shifter you can run an automatic trim bezel without a problem. I have been doing this for a while now...

Anyway I do have the black manual bezel but mine is broken where the cigarette lighter is but I used epoxy to reattach it. I can send pictures if you are really interested in it. I was planning on keeping it but I already have a nice auto trim bezel since these are so hard to find in mint condition...

Very good information, I didnt think to see if it coudl be glued or fixed just thought replace.... I will look at it a bit closer and see. Also very good information on using an autp bezel if you have a short throw shifter, do you have more information on this like which short shifter you are using? It seems like there are plenty of auto bezels on here.

I used a generic ebay "nismo" short shifter.... Nothing fancy. There are nicer ones (B&M, TWM etc) but I have been running the ebay one for ~2years now with no issues... Payed about 40 or so at the time...

The Y, tails, and CAI are already spoken for. But Ben knows already...otherwise, it would be his.

Again, if that deal falls through, I'll let you know. The plan is to sell the parts March 24th, so it wouldn't be until after that.

Good luck.

The tails won't fit your car, so don't wait for those. Not the same for 97+ maximas.

Do what you need to do. I don't think the deal will fall through, it's been been set up for a while now.

Ok thanks!! Still on the hunt then for a budget Y-pipe or good deal, also wouldn't mind a good set of lowering springs to go with the G35 18" wheels I picked up.
