AIS-NIS2 vs. isimple vs. USA Spec?

AIS-NIS2 vs. isimple vs. USA Spec?
I have a 2006 Maxima, Bose 6-disc CD changer, no navi, SAT button. I am wanting to be able to use my iphone5 (and future phones) to play music through the stereo.
I have been searching and getting confused (dumb when it comes to car audio-and audio anything really).
What is the difference between the AIS-NIS2, isimple, and USA Spec interface?
Looking to be able to charge phone, control music through stereo OR phone, using steering wheel controls, still use CD changer, and prefer one of these interfaces/units that come with AUX.
