I don't think my car is much louder with my Stillen y-pipe but my intake may just be drowning the rest out. I know it does have a lower tone at idle when standing outside the car.

 

the Y pipe wont bother u at regular highway RPMs......but when u gunn it.....your gonna hear it.....but its a kool noise......its not ricey

 

 

I can send you the .wav of my Warpspeed pipe that I had..., stock exhaust and JWT Pop Charger if you want..I don't have a place to post it.

 

The pipe isnt loud (i have a cattman)....it does however give me a nasty rough idle (more like car vibrating idle), especially at stops, but only when stopped in gear, not in park or neutral. It isn't louder than a k&n cone airfilter....although it does increase the interior noise level just slightly...while the filter doesn't......my steering wheel rumbles a little when the car starts...feels like you have a chevy 350 under there rather than a v6......it is worth the gains from 4k & up though....
