Is this only 2012. Although at the bottom says 2007-2013

I don't see this bulletin listed on Nissan Help. What does the number after NTB mean ( in this case it's 10) mean ? From browsing the page it seems as if it may mean the year the TSB was created. I'm not sure but if you look at the 2012 Maximas most start with TSB-12 unless they were updated from a previous release

 

Noob question but should I be worried for my 2012??
