Broken ground wire underneath 97 Max

Hey Orgers...had rear brake line tubing replaced but while car was up in the air saw a broken ground wire up front. After some research found this is a ground wire for the O2 but have no clue where to reconnect it. Any point in the right direction is appreciated.
