Supercharger setup, Complete with emanage/laptop

Selling the supercharger...and probably the car...This is really hard to do, it's been my baby and project the last two years. I'm moving overseas soon and Ive decided to let go of it, and I'll be selling the maxima to a friend in Colorado, or if someone around NYC is interested it would be even better. It's got everything done to it. I'll tell you about the max if you're interested. So this is a complete 'kit,' everything you will need, promise. Its been pieced together by me from the last two years of trial and error. I have done all the work myself, so I know everything about it. Vortech V2 blower, rebuilt by me with ceramic bearings, rated to 62000 rpm. The impeller for this trim is rated to 52000 rpm. I have over-spun this with a pulley smaller than 2.75, and boost actually went down. Around 51000 at redline is the best I've found. It has a 2.75 notched pulley, and this is right around 51000 at redline, it's perfect. If you were wondering the stock crank pulley on these engines is 6.1 inches diameter, I read somewhere 6.9 inches, and this is wrong! I was making 10.6 pounds of boost. Bearings in the SC have about 12,000 miles on them, and everything is still tight and smooth. It's a Matty's plate kit mounting plate, which is awesome! This comes with the angled and longer coolant spout which will be necessary. Oil return plate. The belt is 68.5" and is pretty new, a few thousand miles. This length routes and drives all accessories properly. All oil line fittings and oil line, are not hard to install like you would think. Intake and charge piping, with a huge K&N filter. You will use your stock MAF. All clamps and fittings. Vortech FMU, this is easy to install and is necessary even with the ability to tune injectors, assuming you are using the stock injectors. I will send pictures or video of the vacuum line routing, after extensive trial and error I found the best setup for it (assuming you have to deal with the anti swirl system). On my engine I removed the entire anti-swirl valve system (must remove intake and fuel plenum to fully do this because parts of this system are in both). This did help and it's not too hard to do. I'll be including a Greddy Emanage Ultimate, with a plug n play harness, this is amazingly convenient. A small laptop with the Emanage software and maps! An Innovative MTX-L wideband, wired into the emanage for tuning and data logging. You will need to get a bung welded into your exhaust for the sensor. This is everything you will need to supercharge your 2000 or 2001 maxima. It should also work with 4th generation maximas but Im not sure about a few things like cam sensor location and coolant fittings, and I believe a few wires need changed on the pnp harness. Mine is a 2001 California emissions maxima, so this is my expertise. My engine is completely stock, stock injectors, 5 speed. With everything right I was making 330HP at the wheels. Feel free to ask me any questions about the setup, I can go into further detail about colder plugs and such which will also come into play. Pics too. Im asking $3000 shipped for this setup. This money will help fund my trip overseas. I need the SC setup and car gone by May 6, as I fly out of JFK May 7. Spread the word
Thanks -Paul

glws sounds like a good kit but I agree with the above. You will really need to make a nice for sale ad to pull in good money. Good time to sell it though

thanks, but I still don't get it. If you/he is referring to the "key" in the pulley, all pulleys have that.

Notched means cuts perpendicular to the belt contact surface to prevent belt slippage. Yes it is keyed like all the pulleys. Thanks for the pic quickywd01

Not the keyway, the slits or cuts in the grooves where the belt runs. Super grip or anti slip I've heard. Put one on the 1mz '99 slolara (hehe) 6psi eaton twin screw.
