What do you think?
Thinking about carbon fiber look inside the car. I've just blacked out my whole interior because I didn't like the tan interior. So what do you think ?

How exactly did you "black out your whole interior"? I used to be into the CF dash kit stuff... But that was 10+ years ago. Maybe I'm getting old or maybe CF is pretty played out but I don't like it anymore. But it's your car man do what you want
I changed everything tan to black. All I have left to to find black seat belts , vinyl the door panels n the two front seats. But headliner and all the panels are black etc.... Ill take pics on Saturday to show you if you want to see.
Sure they did, I have an ALL black interior
My blue VE is all black with charcoal-ish cloth seats and door inserts and my black VE is literally all black interior.

the chrome rings like pearl93ve had looked much better than the CF overlays. They are no longer produced, but there's a few sets left for sale on ebay.

In my opinion, at least half of what makes or breaks any cosmetic modification is the quality of the materials and quality of the install. I think this is often what makes the difference between a 'ricey', chintzy looking car and one that looks tasteful. I don't see anything wrong with the cf as long as there's good fit and finish.
Having said that I prefer the trim rings over the cf. cf is definitely ten years ago. I may look for some of those trim rings for mine, although I'm not sure if I really need something to draw attention to my speedometer as the needle bounces around non functionally.
