NISMOQ8 ? Anyone familiar with him ?? Scammer?

Ok so I have a set of wheels for sell as some of you guys may know and I get a message from this 'Nismoq8' .. seems to have an account registered for years , yet no posts... Anddd he wants me to ship my wheels all the way to Kuwait appearantly .. I just feel a little sketch about it .. If anyone knows this guy or thinks something is up with it , your feedback would definitely be appreciated.. I mean he claims he will paypal the cash RIGHT NOW, but still, I just have a bad feeling about the deal , and I run off instinct so I'd like some of you guys opinions if you don't mind. Thanks .

Exactly, like Amerikaner said.. Just sounds odd.. He offered to pay shipping with his "FedEx account" and wants me to pay the fee.. Idk its just an awkward scenario. lol . I just wish someone normal and preferably at least somewhere in America would buy them. Because I don't know about this guy.

Yes, definitely pass. I wouldn't do it. Try to sell locally on CL, or at least in the US as stated...

I did this deal once. sold a laptop to someone in russia....i thought the same thing. If the money clears my paypal it makes no difference to me. well since the guy was using a stolen credit card from a woman in NJ paypal promptly "repoed" the money from my account soon after i shipped off the laptop. so i was out the laptop and $700. it can happen...paypal is not a failsafe. Just because the money is in your account doesnt mean even they cant take it...much less the seller filing a dispute. Few people know paypal can take your money if payment was used illegally so i tell people when i can....i hate gettin screwed.
