This is what I just wrote to the track manger of Montgomery Motorsports Park:

"I went to test & tune last friday night, and it was a mess. There were people driving all over the place really fast, I saw several near collisions in the parking lot. There were numerous cars without any numbers (I presumed this meant without tech cards) racing. Someone actually drove down the side and cut me off in the staging lanes. People and cars were all over the place near the starting area. There was no one directing traffic in the staging area. Plus, there was water all over the starting area, not just in the burnout box.

I left early because I felt my safety was in jeopardy. I've never seen such mayhem on a Friday night at the track. Please try to bring a little bit of organization back to the events.

it was that BAD? Damn that sux, you go to the track for a couple reasons. 1 you don't wanna get pulled over on the street and 2 cause you feel that it is safer at the track and there is less life at risk (ie. pedestrians). If you don't have those reasons whats to stop you from making your own 1/4 mile on the highway?

 

Good I am glad you are saying something. Like I told you , there is no way that place is legal.

Also that section of road next to the track , there were people racing there

 

thats sucks, i thought it was pretty safe the other times, must have been really bad this last time.
