What upgrade/repair would you suggest first?
Here is a list of things I need/wish to do to my car:

Need:
Struts
Gas cover fix (Doesn't close I think actuator is broken)
Driver side door (Large dent)

Wish:
catback
speakers

Repairs before upgrades. Unless the repair IS an upgrade. Like if you need struts, get better ones. And I would say suspension is important to do before the other things you mention if it needs done.

I would fix the gas cap first since it is cheap and quick. Then struts and the dent. Mods are your choice. I did speakers first.

Where in nj? I just picked up an 04 I35 I live in NewBrunswick. To the OP as stated earlier I would just focus on repairs and getting that dent fixed. When everything is functioning properly then add mods.
