Spring Rate Question W/ Tokico HP

I have Megan Racing Springs.
I don't care if you guys hate them or whatever - that's not my question.
I have them on Tokico HPs. The front stays GLUED to the ground and I'm thrilled with the handling of them.
The rear however, is very bouncy and fails the bounce test. The shocks are a week old.

I am wondering if the springs are too stiff, maybe the shock isn't able to dampen them enough?

Megan Racing lists their spring rates as 280F 230R.
Would you guys recommend a stiffer shock - AGX or Illumina?
Or do you think there's another reason why my ride is so damn bouncy in the back?
