Setting OBDII catalyst efficiency before EVAP to pass inspection?
I'm due for inspection in NJ, and I have an EVAP leak and vent valve stuck open codes. I can pass inspection with no CEL and 1 readiness not set, but two not set is a fail. EVAP always set before catalyst in my attempts (I tried low gas and full gas). Any advice to help me get through inspection without needing another charcoal canister or more?
