bbk for 95

Anybody know the cheapest way to do a bigger rotor and maybe a 4 piston caliper all the way around?
Much appreciated
Tim

j30 or 300zx brakes are usually not a bad option.. i've heard rumors of using skyline brakes. cheapest would be j30 brakes with mazda millenia rotors iirc

Hmm. I might try that. Is the size difference that significant? And how much better are the calipers? Do they just bolt on or is there a special bracket that has to be made?

4 piston and cheap do not belong in the same sentence. A real big brake kit is well over a grand for one axle.

What size wheel are you going to use? What is the point of going bigger? Track? Show? Bragging rights? Or do you just want a better feel on the street?

J30 swap is old ideas cobbled together. There are much better options these days.

Probably the best bang for your buck will be a 6th gen swap. 04-08 calipers, pads, and rotors, then drill out the bolt holes on the spindles. The Altima SE-R uses the same setup.

The 300zx calipers and your choice of rotor is also pretty poplular but there are countless ways to do it. These just look cooler.

I know there are other OEM swaps that could be done. Brembos from a Sentra, 350, G35 etc.... there are just so many options to build a BBK.
