Grille for 03 I35

Got my grille in today from Parts Geeks and it really looks nice. Like many, my chrome was coming off in places and looked bad. Given the car is black, I thought about painting the chromed bars shiny black. But, after finding the grille for $38 plus about $9 for shipping, I just ordered one. It does not come with the Infiniti emblem, but is real easy to use the old one and my emblem looks new.
They also have other parts. I ordered a set of struts and they were 133 + 9% tax at Auto Zone and about $85 and free shipping and no tax for the front and $54 for the rear, from Parts Geeks.

OOPS, THOUGHT I WAS STILL IN INFINITI FORUM. REPOSTED THERE. THIS ONE CAN BE DELETED, OR MAY STILL APPLY FOR MAXIMA'S.

I think it applies. As these vehicles age, aftermarket OEM replacement parts become more readily available (sometimes) at better prices. Last time I looked for a grille, OEM, it was only available from Nissan, unless I wanted some strange looking billet grille that resembled a screen.

The only thing bad about PartsGeek is their return policy if they send you the wrong part...happened to a friend of mine after I suggested buying from them to her.
