Help Please!!! 99max auto Fsm wire color is different

Looking at the Fsm for wire pin #27 R/G(Red/Green) but its showing a different wire color on my harness. If there anyone who has this info or did any kind of harness swap I need to know what color is pin#27.

IIRC it has been noted in the past that the 99FSM along with maybe a couple of others are wrong. aackshun knows the details I believe as do a few others.

It would be helpful if you would tell us what connector.

It's the PNP Switch pin #27 R/G on the FSM for 99max. Looking at my harness and location the color is different.

My ecu went out on my car it's a 99 se anniversary edition color Red. The ecu box I have it's pretty rare and hard to find 8x-A18-N12-Z92 damn that freaking ecu box is hard to come by if I wanted to go back to that box. Unless I let Nissan do it for $2000 that's what they told me. So that's why I'm going with another ecu 95 or 96. I'm good at electronics but those 99 max harness is a pain.

Going back to your original question, the wire color on pin 27 of the ECU is green/white for a manual trans car and red/green for an auto trans car.

The pinouts and wire colors are in the Nissan service manual, section EC starting on page 109.
