All my 4th gen is starting to rust through under the door sills. Is there a kit or something out there to address this issue. I know that we have a unibody but I am open to cutting these out and rewelding, but I have to do something because they have rusted through.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Your rockers? My rockers are rotting too but i'm not about to go all crazy on preserving a 15 yr old car, I'm just going to patch it up. and if i still have the car in 3-4 years i'll rip out the old patch and redo it when necessary. Mine aren't too bad though maybe an inch hole here and there, I don't know how bad yours are. I've seen some pretty rusted out 4th gens though.
