Left Rear Tailight Not Working

I just got some new taillights for my car that I got from a junkyard. I took out my old lights and put the wiring harness and bulbs from those ones into the news ones I got. Now only my right tail light is working. The only thing working on the left one is the turn signal. Everything was working fine before I switched them. Does anyone know what could be going on.

P.S. I currently have my radio and ac control unplugged right now but my hazard button is, if this could have anything to do with it

Did you look at the bulbs and verify that they are not burned out? The filaments in old bulbs get brittle and a little rough handling breaks the filaments.

I noticed the running light is burnt but would this affect the brake light not working.

Are you referring to the light on the side of the car by the tail light? If so, the answer is no. It is a totally independent light.

No Im talking about the running taillight and the brake light but I took a electricity tester and theres power going to it so the bulb must be broken. I also took the bulb out the running light from the working side and I noticed the brake light stopped working to so they must be in the same circuit or something.

The brake light and the tail running light are in the same bulb. It has two filaments in one glass housing.

It is bulbs or the harness on the back of the light.
