Prevent coolant hose nipple from draining?

I need to disconnect the little hose that goes from the large coolant hose up to the throttle body, but when I disconnect the hose from the nipple on the coolant hose, all the coolant starts draining from the little hose nipple.

Any tricks that I can use to temporarily plug that nipple while working on the engine? Or do I need to go buy one of those rubber caps at Autozone?

Here is a picture of a hose nipple similar to the one I'm talking about: http://img.directindustry.com/images...26-2449639.jpg

Thanks!

For small hoses, I use sheet metal screws that are just a bit larger than the hose inner diameter. Works on gasoline, water, vacuum hoses.
