Tokico Blues Price check

Hello everyone...
Finally after owning the Maxima for 3+ years I am starting to make some slight modifications to it...
Recently I found a really nice set of 350Z wheels with nice Michelin tires on them and surprisingly a set of brand new never used/installed Maxspeed springs which I picked up from a fellow member here on the org. After debating for some time which struts to use I have set my mind on the Tokico blues... Ever since KYB stopped making the GR2s i hear some bad reviews on the black KYB's... I know I know those come with e lifetime warranty but I am not looking to replacing struts ever year... plus I always wanted the Blues to begin with... When I first got the Maxima she needed some front struts attention knowing that I will be getting a better suspension set up I end up buying really cheap front and rear struts... kind like the deals on ebay... about $120 for all 4 struts and surprisingly those have now lasted almost 40K with the oem springs... now at 208K miles on the car its time for a new set up...
Anyhow I remember looking at the tokico blues back then and the price for a full set was reasonably affordable about $350 to may be $380 for all 4 corners... Now If i want a full set I am looking at close to $500??? I am just looking at the wrong place or for some unexplained reason the price of the Blues is about to double as our cars age???

Why don't you look into the Tokiko Illuminas, I really enjoy them and its nice having the adjustable option without spending a fortune over coil-overs.

I got a whole set of 4 on eBay for about $450
