kinda missing some key info here such as whether you are asking which of these you should attempt to do yourself and if so how mechanically inclined you are, whether you have the tools to do the job (either job), and what sort of budget you are working with?
Or are you asking if you should have a shop rebuild the trans or do a swap for you?

Whats more expensive u think? Buying a new used trans or gettin my current rebuild
Alright I scooped up a new trans from Connecticut last weeknd and a Jim wolf 12lb flywheel and a Exedy oem replacement Clutch Kit, I kno I need to replace the transmission seals except the rear main seal and the axle seals and pilot bearing have all of that ready to swap over anything else I'm missing? I already have raxle alxes so replacing axles is a no need,
Somebody let me kno if I'm missing anything
Been 2 weeks since I drove her
((((((((

Cars been sitting for 2 weeks and optima yellow top started up 1 crank worth the 160 bucks

Like the car drives and rides good pulls hard just the noise is SUPER annoying so I don't really wanna drive it like that so I let it sit apparently I had a bad axle seal which I guess could have caused the trans to go bad.
yeah my car drove fine and pulled hard aswell. Only thing was that if that bearing went, the entire tranny wouldve been destroyed. You have two options rebuild( expensive and not really worth it) or find a salvaged trans.
I dont think an axle seal would cause ISB problems. Nissan just had bad shimming on the 5 speed transmissions from the factory look it up.

If caught early enough, you can have your transmission rebuilt, but i dont think it's worth it beause it'll be way more expensive then just find a replacement 5 speed. And who knows if the shop will reshim the bearings properly. If you search youll find people had bad ISB symptoms after having their tranny's rebuilt.
PS- your tranny was too far gone bro
If you don't let it go too long you can replace the input shaft bearing(s) the rest of the trans may be fine. How hard you drive it is also a factor. You could get in there and find everything else is fine, or you could get in there and see that everything is trashed. You could be looking at like $3-400 on the cheap end if you remove the trans yourself and take it to a shop and it doesn't need much done, to maybe $1200 on the high end if you can't remove it yourself and it needs a lot of parts replaced.
Chances are if you get it done at a shop, most trans shops it won't re-shim to proper specs. they'll most likely keep the same shims in there which means luck of the draw. even if it's shimmed improperly, you probably will get at least 50.000 miles out of it (think about how many miles it lasted the first time, while shimmed improperly the whole time).
