true part numbers are:
2000-2001 is 14950-4L60A
2002-2003 is 14950-4L60C
I have often wondered what the differences are on these canisters. Everything that attaches to them are the same yet the canister is different. The part number changes like every 2 years. I wonder if it the physical size. The 4th gen is like this, too.

Hard starting can be many, many things.
Is the check engine light on? Does your check engine light work? Forget those questions and take the car to an auto parts store and ask them to read the codes.
