Vibration when almost full turn lock left/right

Hi.
I'm having a very loud vibration when almost coming to a full lock,
left or right, is these something "very common I know what it is" ?

There's these pegs on the control arm that look to stop the amount of
angle. I'm thinking that it might be them hitting and causing the vibration.

lots of vehicles have those pegs, usually theyre a little nub of metal that will rub if you full lock the steering wheel. you should never fully lock the steering wheel, if you do the nubs will make a rubbing noise or a clunking similar to a bad CV joint

Could be a loose PS belt hose slightly slipping coupled with worn end stops on the aforementioned nubs. If it's the former, you might get an intermittent belt squeal with the vibration.
