These are the rear deck anchors and covers removed form my 02 parts car.
The additional tab on the brackets would need to either be removed or a hole drilled in the rear deck for them.

I also have the lower anchor brackets available which won't work with the lower 4th gen seat. 5.5 gen seat could be used and then they should work.
