Better Tie rod: Moog Vs Beck/Arnley

So im planning on replacing the inner and outer tie rod from both sides ....I've come to two brands Moog or Beck/Arnley.
They are about the same price ...what i would want to know is which one is better quality out of the two.
Also when buying the inner tie rod do i need to buy the boot kit too or can i reuse the one from the bad inner tie rod.

Thanks in advance
