I have a 5th gen (2000) and a 4th gen (1997). I just tried the mats.

Rear are about a 90% fit. They may be a little bit wider but look good. However where they go under the front seat between the seat rails, not so good. The 5th gen mats are too long and too wide to fit between the seat rails and don't sit flat.

The front mats - The passenger side is a perfect fit. The 5th gen driver's side mat is a little wider but lays flat. The only down side is that my 97 has a gas cap release lever on the floor and the mat interferes with the lever. I don't think the 95 has that lever. Also the hole in the mat for the locating pin is just a little off and won't fit over the pin.
