Dash Instrument and Tail Lights are out, Please Help

Took the car to a hand car wash and a few hours later the problem stated. Now I believe I have a short somewhere.

The tail lights wont turn on but the brake lights work. The dash instrument lights are out while the stereo/climate control work. Side markers and corner lights are out.
Haven't had anything done to my stereo or anything, just a hand car wash.

Started checking all the fuses and found one. The 10A tail light one in the driver side fuse box under the hood. Tried replacing but it blows every time I turn on the lights. Guys at Autozone said to let the car sit and dry and then try to replace fuse. Waited 2 weeks and still blowing. They also suggested to buy "dry-wire" and start looking for the short in the tail light assembly (thought I should check here first).

Next, I'm gonna try to check the tail light switches on the passenger side fuse box under the hood.

Any suggestions guys?

Thank you in advance!

(picture of not my car, just example originally)

Really? SMH.

It's possible moisture is the problem, or maybe just a coincidence. You have a short. You should check the taillight grid for visual signs of heat/melting/or positive contacting ground. Check the bulbs. If you lack the knowledge or tools to otherwise track it down, take it to a professional.

Do not put a higher amperage fuse in! You could burn up the wire harness doing that.

The tail light fuse is also used for the dash lights, so that's why the dash lights are out.

Since it started after the car wash, look under the car at the wires going to the side markers and the parking lights in the front of the car. Maybe the wires got damaged. The wires for the rear of the car are inside, not exposed like the front.

If the wires are OK, take all the light bulbs for the parking lights and side markers out of their sockets, put in a fuse and turn on the lights. If the fuse doesn't blow, put the light bulbs back in one at a time and turn on the lights till you find the one that causes the fuse to blow.

If the fuse still blows with all the light bulbs out, repeat the process with the read tail lights, side markers and licence plate lights.

If the fuse still blows with all the bulbs out, remove the dashboard light dimmer switch and unplug it. If the fuse still blows, there is a short in the wiring somewhere. Re-inspect the wires in the front of the car.
