It's GL-5, you don't really want it. There have been long discussions about GL-5 in a GL-4 trans. Specifically GL-5 has additives that eat nonferrous metals in the trans, notably the synchros. It may be a myth, but why risk it?

Personally I'd look for something GL-4 only. I use Redline or Amsoil.

i currently have the redline fluid in there and its a bit too thick for winter.

synchromesh will work, but it's a pretty thin fluid. not a lot of gear or bearing protection from it.
