Nissan Juke Nismo Steering Wheel?

I bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima about 2 months ago.
I love everything about it. But, today I went to get my car for a oil change at the dealership and noticed the new Nissan Juke Nismo.
I really like the steering on it. It is combined with suede and leather with the center line marking.
I am just wondering can I buy the steering from the Juke and put it on my Maxima.

Probably talking major work. There are lots of wires (cruise control, audio, air bag etc) running to the steering wheel of Maximas, especially the ones in the Sport and Premium category, with heated steering wheel.

Agreed! Some of the accessories button on that wheel look a little different, like the cruise on/off button! But I'm sure you could do something with to make it work, only if we're black!!

I think the problem here is that Ghosn announced in 2002 that the Maxima would be taken 'upscale' with the 6th gen, and the manual version of the Altima would replace the traditional 'affordable 4DSC' role of the Maxima.

As a result, Nissan announced at that time that it hoped to sell 250K to 300K Altimas each model year, but only around 70K Maximas. Of course those goals have been difficult to reach during the past five years because of the recession.

But what that meant was that there would not be enough copies of the Maxima built to warrant putting money or time into special versions. I always remain hopeful that will change. But so far, we have had little from Nismo for the Maximas of the last ten years, and not much more in the way of other after-market products.

Lightonthehill, I understand your point but if your going to make a Altima se-r, and a juke nismo edition I think they could've made a nismo edition for the maxima, the maxima is much more sought after car then the juke, true enthusiasts would scoop them off the lots quick

I won't get into the whole Altima vs maxima debate, but let's face it nissan dropped the ball on this one...these cars are too close in comparison, a maxima nismo or ser would set them apart

Also last nissan needs to distinguish whether the maxima is luxury or a 4dsc....keep the Altima family/luxury sort of and the maxima should be sporty

Seems to me the steering wheel just has suade and a red strip, which can be done to an existing Steering wheel. Correct me if I'm wrong.
