Both my back tires mostly the back right but occasionally i can hear it on the back right as well, humming at almost all speeds brakes are all new struts are all new, no play in bearings, and the lugs on the wheels stay cold at all times and never hear up making me suspect it is not a bearing or bearings any help please? I do need lateral link and trailing a bushings

 

The moving parts are tires, bearings or rotors. You would have to troubleshoot further.

 

Rotated tires, sound stayed in the same spot. Rear calipers, rotors, and pads are all brand new. No play in either side bearing, no heat through the lugs after driving, and no sound when spinning the tire in the air

 

Maybe tire is rubbing on something only with the car on the ground, but problem goes away when car is raised?

 

you said brakes are all new...check the dust shields on both sides of the calipers.

 

I removed dust shields, and nothing is rubbing... I need a lateral link for the rear axle beam and i need some trailing arms as well could this be related? Tires check out fine
