Buying tires today, need help wit fitment

What's the widest rear tire that will fit on the rear of my 7th gen.
I have 370z Sport rims which are 19x10 with a 30mm offset.

I'm fine with rolling or cutting my inner fender lips. And it will be Lowered later in the year.

Would a 275/35 fit?

Not much response....
So I went with a proven fitment. Plus I don't want more understeer than it already has with a wider tire in the rear.
I just ordered 245/40/19 x4 for my staggered 370z rims.

Falkens new tire it's supposed to be ground breaking technology. Basically when it's winter time the tire compound becomes softer like a snow tire. Then when it's warm outside the tire hardens up.
It's their new Ultra Performance tire.
