Thinking of making led turn signals quick question..

Has anyone ever pulled apart clear turn signals? And are they similar to oem tails and pull out the plastic reflector to make the tail light a red/clear? Wanted to take out seems to be a plastic reflector of some sort?

The whole assy is orange, nothing to pull apart. You can buy clear lenses on the web. Google is your friend.

correct. OEM is orange housing, clear bulb, as opposed to aftermarket clear housing and orange bulb

I have sets of clears what I'm asking is has anyone opened them up before? Wanted to know if they hard to open up like the fog lights? I have about three pairs ... So the turns are not the issue.

They open up like tail lights and are just as delicate. A little less heat, a little more time and be a little more gentle when prying.
