OK, I've got one for you.

I brought in my '09 SV because it was making a loud clanking/grinding noise when backing. Going forward there was no noise. And the noise was speed related, the faster I backed up the faster the clanking/grinding sound. The service department replaced the top insulators on the front struts and now no noise. I still have not figured out how the strut insulators could cause a speed sensitive noise only when backing.

The the service bulletin FA03-003A was referenced on the ticket but I have not been able to find that one. It is not listed in the Nisssanhelp knowledgebase listing of SB's.

One of life's little mystery's.

That number FA-03-003A is a classification number for a TSB NTB03-088a on a 350Z to change out the same item.
