Black chrome altezza's

I have been looking for black chrome altezza's that i saw in a magazine but i cant find them anywhere. Does anyone know where i can find them?

What light would putting some type of white or super white bulb in your stock tails (i.e. the red lense or yellow) produce? Has anyone tried it?
