Performance #'s for 2002 SE w/6 spd.

I just bought a New 6spd SE and am picking it up tomorrow. Does anyone know the performance figures for it? 0-60, 1/4 mile and speed?

Thanks.

0-60 = 6.4sec (Motor Trend)

Someone on this forum claims to have gotten their 2k2 6spd to 5.75sec w/ mods...zoinks! Something to look forward to, though...

6.4 was MT "Estemated time", they never test drove the car.

I did 5.96 stock and 5.75 with just a intake, my G-Tech may of course be off a tenth or two but it was dead on with MT's times for my 5spd 95 and 5spd 98 I30.

Yes, that's true, that means that the Type II or whatever Legend would be the same speed as the 2k2, which it is of course not, so i do actually believe your 5.75 is definately possible, especially since the Max has more power to the ground than the Alti, and weighs nearly the same.

if you use my 14.367 1/4 time that gives you calculated high 5's to 60 so emax's times are possible. once he gets my intake it should be down to 5.69999999999999999999999999

Where is the best place to get a short-ram intake and what price. I have one on my Grand Cherokee and it is awesome. Also, what other mods are the best for the new maximas?

It's going to be hard to get any more solid 0-60 #'s with the roads all sanded and crapy over here. Hopefully when hte roads clear up I will knock of a few hundreths of a second.
