Wheel fitment help needed

A friend owed me some cash so he gave me his rims off his new TL. I currently have 18x8, 5x4.5 OEM wheels, the TL rims are 19x8, 5x120 with 55mm offset (measurements are from wheelsandcaps website) I like the rims and wonder if they would fit..

ours are 5x114.3mm, the TLs are 5x120mm...unless you have an adapter...

You can not get them to work without modification.

You can buy 25mm adapters, and they will fit fine.
It is going to cost you $350-$400 though to make them work.
