Aftermarket LEDs Grounding Point??

Hello all......any suggestions would be awesome! Im trying to install some after-market LED strips in my interior (under dash). I cant get a good ground. Any suggestions for a grounding point?

If you think under the door trim (at the base of the door) would be a good spot, please suggest the best way to remove the trim. I kinda tried to remove it, but it seemed to not want to budge. I didnt want to break anything, so I stopped and came in here to post.

Thanks!

if you look directly to the left of the fuse box on the inside, theres a screw. i took this screw off and used a ring terminal inbetween the plastic and the body (metal) and its been working great

I'm thinking about this as well, since this kit that the dealer sells is 500$ installed.

What did you use for power? I don't want to strip a random 12V wire. Can you get a pic of the connection by any chance? Much appreciated - thanks

i used an add-a-fuse and plugged it into the fr.power socket fuse. that one turns on with the car. the other power socket fuse is on all the time; either are good depending on what you're doin

wow. this is the first time I hear of add-a-fuse. Feel embarrassed. Beautiful solution.
