When I had my Bridgestone S-03 tires installed on my max, I was informed that I have a flat spot on my back-left rim (stock 9-spoke). I couldn't notice it before, but with the S-03s it's quite noticable.

I was told that I would feel some vibration, but my tires would not be damaged. Is this true? Are high speeds dangerous with a flat spot on my rim? At 130 my car vibrates like crazy, but my stearing control seems is fine.

Does anyone have a stock 9-spoke rim for sale? If so, how much?

Well it all depends on HOW FLAT the flat spot is. I mean if it is barely 1-2mm, then it is not too bad. It will not really affect the Tire Wear too much. But taking it upto 130mph might be dangerous cause with a crazy vibration like what you are saying, it can cause a nice blowout and you dont want that.

Thanks for the advice. It doesn't seem too bad, but I'm going to lay off the high speeds til I get a new rim (or better yet, all new rims). I paid too much money for my S-03s to have one blow out...Oh...and I don't want to die also.
