Any aftermarket rear diffusers other than Stillen?

Im wondering if there are any with reflectors/lights for example the 370Z has one in the center.. Heres a few other pics for more ideas..

Yes unfortunately there's not really any options for this car other than stillen.
I'm very happy with the stillen one it looks great imo. Ridiculously overpriced but oh well.
Have you seen the new Z with the euro style light in bumper in person? It's hideous.
