Well, surface rust develops on the discs while sitting awhile. Then you drive and use the brakes and the rust is scraped off, but where does it go? Pile up in little cavities in/around the caliper? Maybe that's what it is

Its funny cuz i can feel it in the petal also...like when i hit the brakes i can feel the pedal pulsating....it may be a little better now that i rode the break or a few seconds here and there, but i think im gonna be putting on new pads and rotors....i just find it funny that only four months of sitting did that, they were fine before....and also i was surprised the rear calipers didnt freeze either..well i jacked it up and spun the wheel and they stopped when i hit the brake so......im thinkin they ar e fine?

Surface rust on the BRAKE rotors is normal. BRAKES are steel and it corodes because it's not painted or coated. Just drive around a bit and see if it cleans itself.

meh this is what happens when a car sits for too long, but hey maybe test your luck by driving the car for a while and see if it cures up.
