Hi fellow Maxima owners, I just replaced my IACV on my 01 Maxima. I had read that after replacement that it would need to be brought to the dealership so the ECU and new unit could be set up or "flashed". I started the car after I installed the new unit expecting an erratic idle, but had nothing unusual an the engine seems to run normal. I shut it down after a few minutes. Am I just lucky? I am tempted to save the $105 for the reprogramming the ECU. Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks for any input.
