The Nissan pads are quiet, but they tend to fade in stop and go traffic.

You should be okay with just buying the pads. You are also replacing your rotors, too? If not, make sure the rotors have a clean, level surface otherwise you'll have the dreaded vibration when the pads start to break in. If the car detects that the brake fluid is low due to increased pad wear thus requiring more fluid for the piston to compress, the Brake light will come on anyway, so that's about all the sensors you'll need along with a mechanical sensor... your ears since they'll squeak!

Wow! Thanks for all the help bro. Can anyone help me out with a write up or video to change the pads myself?

It is a simple job, and very straightforward but is labor intensive if it is your first major car repair you've done so be sure to set aside a free day in your schedule.

Here is a video from CARandDRIVER. The job is straightforward as I said, I would research more videos on YouTube if you are uncertain but once you have the wheel off, it'll piece together in your head. Be safe and use a jack stand to lift your car, and for extra cushioning in case of a failed jack stand, place your wheel under the area you will be working on.
