grinding/rubbing sound since lowering...HELP

I had eibach pro kit springs installed professionaly about 2 months ago and when I got my car back, I started noticing a grinding type sound coming from under the car when I would first take it out of park and start moving...it mainly happened when I would turn the steering wheel more than 50% or so...it would only do it for the 1st 5-10 seconds after I started moving and then it wouldnt happen again until I stopped for an extended time and then started moving again...it seemed like it was somehing settleing into place and then it was fine...since then, it has got worse and now it does it pretty much non stop when I make and kind of turn...I took it back to the shop that installed the springs and they hear the noise but they said they can find anything that would be causing it.....has anyone else had this problem?

Check the metal shield around the brake rotors. I had a similar issue after lowering. It turns out the shield was slightly bent and rubbing on the rotor.
