99 Ranger vs. 2K Max

I have a friend that wants to race my 2K SE (5spd) against his 99 (I think) Ford Ranger.

Please comment. He wants to, but I don't think that it would be a fair race. What do you think a good handicap would be??

Put a wooden block under your gas pedal so it only goes halfway.

I raced a ranger once. I waited for him to "punch" it off the line, then about 2 seconds later i gunned it and in a matter of seconds was 10 cars ahead of him.

I know I know what a waste of gas, but hey I was feelin bad that night and needed something to cheer me up.
